Good work environment, with issues like every other workplace; great vacation and sick time benefits; but THAT is it.

Poor management! Leadeeship does not care about employees, and it is not hidden anymore. Like many corporations, they care less about employees every year; health benefits in particular has gotten worst every year for the past 5 years. For 2019, they said “costs keep increasing and we will need employees to contribue more”. Well that is a lie. Actual policy costs for the same options offered during 2018 went down! What they are doing is providing a lower allowance for the portion the corporation covers, and also increased the pay period portion employees cover. Double wammy for employees. Actual employee costs increased over 20%! Merit increases continue to be less every year. Employees are paying the price for the bad decisions the company made years ago, and are still paying for it.
