Great people but very disorganized department. - Recensione dipendente - Lease Accountant presso Tapestry

Disorganized is an understatement to describe this department. The lease software is HORRIBLE. It was implemented in order to make things efficient but instead there are always issues with it which is one of the main reasons the department is a mess. No real training in place. The leaders in the department work crazy hours on a regular basis, which is NOT normal! There is always some issue that arises that causes you to have to switch gears and be behind on your own work. Not sure if any other department at Tapestry runs like this, but if I were you, I'd move with caution. If they were to compensate you by paying overtime then that's one thing, but they don't pay that here. Your time is just as valuable and it comes across as them taking advantage of their staff by having these ridiculous hours. If you do decide to join, make sure from the start to stand your ground and work your 9-6, if not, I promise you'll find yourself working through the night like the leaders of the department.
