The company also looks at you as a cash cow and treats you as one. Only whipping you to see more patients and bill irresponsibly to make more more and more money. The company will not support you in any way. They will only support there contracted facilities which are bringing in money. Providers are an expendable resource. You are scheduled for 14-15 hours at night and are paid for 12 hours and they don't understand that and won't pay appropriately.
