Great commission and bonus structure. They have given you the tools to earn very well in sales. In my position they give you everything you need to succeed in your job ie van (all paid for), tablet, phone, card machines, the van is fully kitted out with samples so no excuse not to make the customers journey a successful one. It is a family orientated company anything you need they are very easy to talk to and will help you out the best they can. Company pension is very good and when you have your birthday or the company is doing well you receive little bonuses again something they don't have to do but they do because they look after their staff.

Would say bank holidays working but that's minimal and get used to it very easy.
