Great company. Very lean and nimble for the market cap. Easy to have an idea, get feedback and then execute.

Lean can lead to heavy workload.

New office building. Supervisors/managers/Director is awesome to work for. Benefits are pretty good. They pull bonus numbers out of thin air.

HR is too involved with decision making and promotions. The pay isnt as completive. 2.5% merit increases are a slap to the face.
