Good benefits and work-life balance, but low job satisfaction - Recensione dipendente - Category Manager presso Target

Job profile satisfaction is low. Leadership doesn't have a clear direction for growth. A lot of bureaucracy, works always gets delayed due to unnecessary involvement of multiple teams. Intent to work is low among many stakeholder teams. Organization is very bloated (in terms of functions) and there is always a blame game going on for why things are no lt moving forward instead of people taking ownership and accountability of their work. My experience was not very great when it came to work over here. There's a lot of potential in the Target plus business function of theirs but it is being wasted away because of lack of vision and speed. Customer focus (majorly internal) is very low, ease of doing business need working on.
