I have held three positions within a little over a year with the company; each position has had increasing responsibilities and pay. I feel like I am able to stay with the company for the long-haul. Many store managers are helpful, friendly and do not look down on those who are younger or lower on the totem pole than they are.

Store management can be disconnected from reality and unwilling to listen to and/or consider ideas from non-manager employees, some employees have bad/negative attitudes for no good reason. Hours are not guaranteed (you could have 40 hours one week at 20 hours the next). The biggest issue is the fact that some store managers look down and belittle normal team members.
