Since many things are out of your control i.e. who your trainer is, what store you end up, how the etl before you left the department there is a high rate of failure. Target likes to hire young, thin, athletes. Those employee are fast tracked well above proven professionals. If you don't fit that model look elsewhere or you will find yourself stuck wherever you came in at.
