1) excellent work life balance 2) fair compensation (over long term) however Target is not and neither is trying to be the best pay master out there 3) very friendly team members which help in creating an environment where you "actually" want to work 4) if you are a good performer, the company goes the extra length to help you out, either professionally or personally
