RUN Away, unless you like spending every waking hour at Target - Recensione dipendente - Executive Team Leader - Guest Experience presso Target

THIS IS THE MOST STRESSFUL JOB I'VE EVER WORKED AT. Now that I'm out and working in a totally different field I can not even understand how I made it so long there. It is seriously so stressful. Hours are so very long, there is no work/life balance, expectations to appease the guests are crazyyyyyyy I will say that some stores are better than others, so if you luck up and get placed in a chill environment it may be okay. Or if you're and HR ETL it seems a bit more chill but Guest Services ETL was literal hell.
