The company seems to attract a lot of positive and very hard workers which is good for employee moral. The way they carry themselves as a company is admirable and it was a pleasant break from my previous employer to work for a company who actually attempted to care.

The work load they expect of new hires and current employees are way out of touch with reality. My training was not the best experience either and it is not do to lack of effort by the employees target just has very high expectations. I am a modest person and to be fair I will give everyone a honest attempt and effort before I talk negative. A example of what I experienced I was one of four new hires that went to a specific department the first week of training we were given one trainer between the four of us. The one trainer not only had to train us but they were given a separate work load to maintain while training the new hires. Not exactly sure what we were to supposed to learn in that situation, granted it does not take a college degree to pack boxes in a truck but the employees that have been there for a period of time have a lot to teach but no time to actually complete that task. (Team lift) A package that is either too big to safely lift yourself in or is greater than 75 pounds, so they slap a sticker on the box to protect themselves from a lawsuit I would imagine because they do not actually give you time to find someone to help you with these packages all of the employees assigned to trailers are lifting these themselves. That is just a few of examples of the many things that can be corrected for smoother operations with fewer injuries and a much lower turn over rate. That is just my opinion from my 20 year work history before target.
