It's a mixed bag. Some of the team leads and executives are absolutely incompetent while others are very good at their job. A lot of the managers take themselves far too seriously. It seems like it's more important to drink the 'kool aid' than do a good job. They try to make it a fun place to work but great team cards and candy bars become a little patronizing after awhile.
