Monotonous work and too much drama - Recensione dipendente - Operator presso Target

The majority of the other employees were too catty. Pay was awful. My hours were controlled so that I never ever came anywhere near 40 hours a week. I wasn't told the title or duties for the position I was being hired for and while working as an operator I was basically a sales floor worker, cashier, fitting room attendant, and operator all rolled into one. The other employees would make me do the work they didn't want to do like cleaning up where someone left soiled underwear in the store or clean up spilled food. Then sometimes they would tell me to do things one way and then I would find out later that they had told me the wrong way on purpose. Just catty stuff like that. My supervisor never spoke to me or checked in on me. To this day, I still don't really know who my supervisor was. In hindsight, I feel like I was kind of taken advantage of because I was young at the time and this was my first job.
