I am required to work 50 hours but have to put in at least 60-70 hours easily per week to get the job done. UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS for the Salesfloor/Guest Experience role...when you walk in the front door at a Target store, EVERYTHING you can SEE is the responsibility for the Salesfloor/GE Executive Team Leader. And it has proven very hard to achieve a reasonably sized bonus based on the companies hardships.
