Awful management and poor work environment - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Target

The whole management team just wants to take advantage of you in order to produce profitable sales without considering all the pain that you go through during the day. This is the type of job where you'll get different hours each week and sometimes you'll drop in the ladder as a receiver of hours, depending on how many team members are in your specific department and how well you do. One week i'll have around 30 hours but the next i could drop down to as low as 20 hours. Thats really ridiculous. Also, we'll receive crappy shifts, like a 6pm to 10pm. Who the hell wants to work a 4 hour shift?! It's really not worth working those types of hours. Pay is on the low end. I have been with target 2 years and the raises i received are pretty low. Although i received one of the higher raises on my team, it is still on the low end of compensation.
