- Long hours but paid Salary so no overtime - NO balance of work/home life between October and December - Sometimes unrealistic expectations - Feedback (Good or Bad) are made very public at ETL meetings - If you dont fit in with the Target culture (Fast, Fun, Friendly) you will not last - Not really a con, but a lot of target executives are REALLY into target.. it almost becomes a way of life... for real.. we all drink the cool-aid
