Gopi has replaced Bala. As the product owner, Gopi lacks knowledge and merely follows Pandiyan’s directives, without understanding the employees' struggles or their families’ needs. 7. The technical architect, whose name I forgot but is a Malayali, lacks technical expertise. He drinks 20 cups of coffee a day, deceives Pandiyan about developing new features, and mistreats employees.
