Started with good culture, it was clear the founder cared about the company and the people.

Full of promise, but never delivered on it for employees or investors. Eventually lost the battle in this space, and got gobbled up by a competitor. Most shareholders lost their shirts. Worked us all to death constantly. Only did lip service to work life balance.

Smart people, smart ideas. Some of the best statisticians I have ever met. Mid level management very supportive. Great salary and benefits.

Poor execution of great ideas, no leadership guidance. Little client retention outside of inaugural clients. Little to no feedback on employee performance. Random layoffs.
