Competitive salary and flexible hours for non-manager level employee. I’m not sure what the salaries will look like in the future since the CEO is trying to hire mostly in India after tons of rounds of layoffs.

No job security—so many layoffs happening. No chance for job growth. I never saw one person get a promotion. A lot of reorgs though. Very ill-planned ones that made no sense even to leadership. Just the CEO. It is impossible to succeed at TaskHuman. Because at its core, TaskHuman has a product that nobody wants to use. Even people working for TaskHuman don’t use it. So it’s a constant battle to not bleed more clients. Because it must be sales or marketing or whoever else’s fault, but it CANT be the product that’s the problem! Or the fact that the company has no real mission or clear audience! So Ravi will continue to fire people and point fingers until they finally go under.
