- Do not appreciate their employees, do not provide constructive feedback on a timely basis - Little room for growth, especially across departments - Vision and mission are vague - Senior managers known to berate employees in public, use inappropriate language and make vulgar jokes - Resource managers have little to no training, are passive aggressive and lack soft skills to handle conflicts or criticism graciously; not self aware - There is little room for collaboration when it comes to product/feature definition - Managers known to anonymously post positive glassdoor reviews skew the real reviews. - If you have a family, the healthcare premium is through the roof - Managers talk about and make fun of employees behind their backs and are very manipulative
