Smart and motivated colleagues, room for growth within the company, good products, benefits were somewhat good, office located in a nice area.

Biggest con is management and the leaders of the company. They are ignorant to the American business structure and have no sense of direction or any type of business plan. The leader of the organization is inexperienced and unsuitable for their role. They degrade employees and believe the only right answer is their own. You're not allowed to express your opinion or give any feedback - if you do, you will get hollered at and the entire building will hear. If you don't mind embarrassment and verbal abuse then this is the place for you. I would be surprised if the company is still in business at the end of the year. The leaders are driving everything down into a deep black hole.

-Good, caring people. Employees are very close, almost like family. -Very unique product line, lots of potential and opportunity in the market.

-Micromanagement: An unconscionable and over-saturated environment characterized by meticulous control exists at the company. Far too often is it the case that insignificant, minute details are overly emphasized and prioritized by leadership. -Transparency: Much of the information and decision making at the company is carefully guarded and kept close to the proverbial “vest.” Because of this, employees are often unaware of the company’s future expectations and objectives. This results in confusion and uncertainty throughout the workforce. -Trust: An inherent distrust exists towards employees, resulting in restricted access to important information and processes. -Employee Treatment: Certain employees are treated much differently over others. It wasn't abnormal to hear employees being shouted at by leadership. These verbal rebukes could often be heard from the other side of the office. -Autonomy: Directors and managers are not entrusted to make decisions on their own. Instead, all decisions (regardless of importance) are generally made and directed by one individual. The company needs more talent, and managers are not empowered or enabled to make hiring decisions.
