No work life balance, lot of unnecessary work load, untimely con calls can be held any time when your boss is free, unprofessional attitude of seniors, reporting to multiple bosses, very less growth chances if you are not in sales, very less salary as compared to job responsibility, No adequate support provided by senior on field. no importance given to field staff. Seniors have no leadership qualities they are just concerned with their work for the sake of their targets, worthless internal politics and uncompetitive seniors is the hindrance in the path of this company.
