Ex: Recent handling of re-org and disastrous effect it has had on our Q4 2007-08 and Q1 2008-09 4) No concept of knowledge and competency development, post ILP ( Initial Learning Program) 5) Integration of lateral hires in middle mgmt and senior mgmt grade is extremely weak 6)Decision making finally is done by one person making a mockery of internal governance structure and questioning the competency of all managers. 7) Non-Existent HR - No room for conflict mgmt
