If you are not from India your growth is stunned. The indian account management team are extremely fickle and expect you to treat hem like GOD. Your leads even though they are your junior hold your faith in their hands. if you do not grovel to them, you will never get promoted. If your plans are NOT in line with what your "Manager / supervisor's " has for you you will get benched and they will block any release request. The technologies that TCS works with is 90% obsolete. Some of the equipment you get assigned to use in your day today is over 10 years old. You are expected to work overtime and after-hours with NO compensation. If you are smarter than your lead or any "Senior" colleague and you show them that their thinking is incorrect they will stunt your growth. Salary is between 70% to 80% of market.
