      Salary increment is stagnant and meager If stuck in a bad project/account, it's quite difficult to get the release. Resource Management Group (RMG) is the worst and very rude & unprofessional. They think of themselves as more powerful than the CEO

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
