Corporate culture is extremely difficult to navigate at times, and downright impossible at others. Administrative processes for things like travel and expenses are very backward and filled with needless bureaucracy. Senior leadership is often able to get away with impressively disrespectful behavior. Company is still trying to find its way in the USA.
