      Low to minimal layoff. Premium learning materials for free. Low to minimal internal politics. Adequate work pressure. Lot of project to work on.

      Svantaggi

      Not at all good for freshers as there is very low growth. Linked variable pay with WFO. Very less awareness about internal growth programs.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
