Don't get fooled by Tata's Brand. You will be given very unrealistic targets not defined in your role. Heard They are issuing warning letters these days. They will eat up your leaves when there is no demand from Tata Motors which is the parent company.company is run with no sales order just to save its reputation. There will town hall meeting twice everytime MD will ask you to perform and promised to not increase your salary as the automobile is down since the company's inception. If u want no growth then its best.Finance and HR department is the worst.They will be getting monthly rewards for your work.
