Managers are ruthless. Company doesn't work on the guiding principles of the organisation instead works on people's own choices and their decisions alone. Gives meagre salaries. Pay for 8 hours and will have to work for 24 hours. No personal life. People barge into your personal life even on holidays and vacations. No holidays on saturdays. Just the name Tata is making business otherwise which a non-worthy company to work for. People do not have common sense, asks you to work on festival days. Most managers are unethical and people are irresponsible without any time adherence. Nowadays, government is far better as you will get things done in one day itself. This is a messed up company and I regret my decision joining and eagerly waiting for an opportunity to hit me. I strongly recommend not to work. I am talking in general about any role and not only this role. Company as a whole is messed up and beyond repair. No wonder it is in huge losses because of the kind of people in it who do not intend to work and just sail with the wind till a huge tide comes.
