No clear transparency in promotion. Promotion are not based on Technical skills or the level of knowledge but more on your PR skills .Very reluctant in doing in-house engineering and mostly dependent on Consultany's. No added advantage for Lateral Entry candidates. No concrete planning of work for some departments.
