The teams are incredibly talented and also want to have everyone succeed. There’s a big focus on work/life balance. Honestly the first time in my career where I felt my direct leadership and team genuinely cared about me and was appreciative of all my contributions. Actually am grateful to be able to work with such incredible individuals

Holiday season is extra busy due to the retail market. Not a specific Tatcha issue, more of an industry thing ( luckily everyone is mutually supportive and understanding)

where can I begin.. this place is scary. marketing team runs almost everything but is the most incompetent group of marketers in the industry. there is no strategy, just chasing trends at least 2 years too late. all good ideas are shut down and it ultimately comes down to doing whatever the founder wants. she claims she's not involved anymore but secretly uses people internally to get things to go her way and causes so much spin and toxicity.
