Much better compensation plan than the larger RH, Michael Page, Greenkays of the world. I felt like I was getting scammed at my old firm because I was getting such a tiny portion of the commission I was earning. Taurus Search being a Smaller firm, allows you to work well with colleagues and know that they all have your best interests in mind. Paul the founder is always available and goes out of his way to help you in every way. He’s a great recruiter and business development person, and gave me a lot of insight to different ways of approaching situations. It’s not the churn and burn of the normal large agencies, and you have control over what you want to work. Extremely happy I made the jump over here, highly recommend.

There aren’t any cons, just a different change of pace from going to a 200 person office to a smaller culture. Overall, this culture is better aligned to what I want long term as it offers uncapped commission and learning experience.
