- Nepotism central. Almost everyone in management is related or somehow has ties to each other.
- Management has favorites and if you aren’t one, you will NOT see the “growth” they advertise.
- Can use no more than 2 consecutive days of PTO from mid March to mid June because of the busy season
- High turnover rate due to the extreme stress from lack of help within the case department
- They rarely honor 2 week notices and will send you packing the same day if you try and leave.
- Management/leadership is allowed to work from home but god forbid a normal employee request to do it.
- case group manager will gaslight you if you try to point out that they said/did something and they don’t like it.
