I have been working at Taylor Strategy Partners for over a year and have never worked at a place so wonderful. TSP prides itself on the power of personal, and everyone in the organization lives and breathes that core value. This is a no drama organization with leadership that cares about the clients as well as the employees. They put great energy into training and development, as well as providing the support necessary to be successful. This company allows for work-life balance, flexible hours and an understanding that we are people and we have lives outside of work, while ensuring that client needs are always met.
