      At Teknowledge Kigali, there are limited growth opportunities. Promotions often depend on connections rather than performance. Some engineers are moved to other business lines without contracts, which creates inequality in pay and treatment. Even after years of good performance, salaries remain the same. There’s a need for clearer career growth paths and fair salary adjustments for technical support engineers.

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
