This is definitely not the place for someone that wants to build their technical career, this place is great if you want to begin with no experience at all. There is a huge lack of processes and management guidance, is hard to actually improve and help your team because everything that you do is regulated by Tek-Experts key customers so basically you do what they ask you to do even if there’s a better way, if you want to simply be creative and show your ideas to improve. Salary is not competitive Some managers are not prepared to deal with 20+ engineers, some of them get mad when you ask for help or when customers want to speak with your manager, it’s their job and responsibility.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
