Terrible management. The people that have new and better opportunities are the new employees, the actual employees should wait around 1 year to a new opportunity, also the actual employees are the ones that they give more work even the employees have a lower salary. The salary is very low again the actual market. If you check the history of the reviews you can notice that on June 22 there are a lot of good reviews, that is because, in that day, the company did a party and in that party they told to the employees to make good reviews and they will raffle an IPAD, in other words, the company bribe for those reviews.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
