Vantaggi
Decent pay and good culture. If you already know active directory and/or Cloud identity this place will allow you to shine.
Svantaggi
-For the work you will be doing there are those making one and a half what you are for the same work carrying the same expectation in the same building on the same floor in the same training class as you. There are people who starting out are making 1.5X what I am who have no prior experience in this field. -Training and resources available are scattered every which way. My training class spent 3 weeks sitting in a classroom where the only direction provided was through someone in a different country whose only advise was a group of links to videos on Powershell. We cover Cloud Identity. No one mentioned anything toward what we were supporting until week 4. Thankfully we did get a trainer, but only for a week and a half after which time we were put into production. The training sylabus sent by the client recomends more than twice that time spent on training in addition to separate trainings on learning the tools and systems. -there is no documentation on any of the internal or external resources on boundries of support. You have to learn from experience by transfering to a wrong department and getting told off over skype that something is wrong. -Good luck trying to find out what is expected when you are on the phones. Even when you are not scheduled to work for a day, you may be marked off because you didn't call a customer on that day you didn't work. -There are not any bonuses available like they will tell you in the interview. Make sure to get a quote on your pay in writing/email, because it will change for the worse if you don't.
