I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your role. I'm happy to announce that one of your co-workers was just promoted to a manager position as of June 1st. Outside of your specific department our goal is hire 50% of our leadership from within and the other 50% external in order to diversify the experience in the leadership pool.
