6yWe have a very diverse workforce, and we try to offer just as diverse benefit options for people to choose from based on their individual needs. Some of these benefits include: Medical, Dental, and Vision, EAP, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance (at no cost to the employee!), Paid Time off, Sick Time, 401K (with 100% company matching up to 3% - and immediate vesting), 13 Company-Paid holidays, and Supplemental insurance to help cover anything not covered by the other insurances.
