Thank you for the feedback. We are currently working on a documented 'Career Path' that will identify the gaps from where you currently are and what needs to be worked on to prepare for the next level in your career. We are just about ready to roll out a pilot of this new program, and we expect to have it rolled out company-wide by the end of this year!

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
