Previous experience or college degree is not required to get hired, you just need to speak english and have some basic knowledge of computing.

Svantaggi

-Very very bad salary compared with other enterprises. -Lack of benefits. -Many managers doesn't know anything about informatics the neither product their team is supporting. -It's almost impossible to grow up and many of the promotions are horizontal. -There is not clarity on the daily processes, so everything is constantly changing and confusing people. -No real training neither documentation to help engineers to solve customer issues.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
