Thank you for your feedback! We are growing at such a rapid pace that it is hard to get standards in place. However, we are committed to writing the SOP's and applying them across all of our departments. We now have a full Senior Leadership team in the US and working to drive that consistency that you're talking about. Thank you for sticking with us up to this point!

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
