Pretty good pay if you are just starting out in IT. Good people to be around, a lot of insight from management and supervisors.

There is a large focus on meeting the metrics, and very little concern on why you were not able to meet them

Thank you for your comments. Our target employee would be someone who is interested in getting into the technical support industry and has that nature aptitude. We are a company that is measured on our results - and we do our best to make that clear during the interview process for new folks coming in to understand that part of the job. The most successful people we have found are the people who can find those creative solutions and resolve the customer's issues - regardless of the hurdles! Customer Satisfaction is always our number 1 priority!

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
