Good place to kick off your IT career, though thats mostly true for the MS project. Cool colleagues Challenging job People from MS are mostly good at their field and are willing to teach/train you

Extremely poor salary for what you are expected to do. The worst management ever. They have no interest in you or what you want as an employee, they have their own views even though they were straight up told what the problem is by the entire staff. My manager had no idea what I did for a living and whenever I started explaining technical stuff to him, it was like I spoke a different language. They expect you to lick the customers *** and ***clean on a daily basis (the most important thing for them) Due to all the *** kissing going around you wont have time to do your actual technical work that you are hired to do. Even after multiple escalations from MS peers and their management nothing changed for a whole year.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
