Unrealistic expectations, raises only off of stats that don’t tell the full story, spread to thin, recently only gave 19 cent and 38 cent raises to only a select few after waiting 12+ months. Covering more than 2 lines of business

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback – however, as a current employee I’m disappointed that you would go to Glassdoor with your complaint instead of bringing your feedback directly to your leadership team. For our 2021 merit review we are changing our view to a ‘Total Rewards’ philosophy. Rolling out in the next few weeks is our new incentive plan, giving our employees the ability to receive quarterly bonuses that will give you the ability to significantly increase your earning potential. The merit increases that were given out are in addition to this new incentive plan. If you’re just hearing the increase to base rate then you’re not hearing the full message – and I would invite you to come and talk to me about and I will review the new program with you.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
