At Tek experts, every full-time employee is allotted two 15-minute breaks and an hour-long lunch break required per 8-hour shift. In our building we offer 6 restrooms with at least 3+ stalls per bathroom. At certain times throughout the day, our 3rd floor stalls can sometimes become busy. In these instances, it is recommended that the 1st floor restrooms are used. I do apologize for the perception of consistent pressure to adapt to frequent changes - Management will be provided this feedback to help improve internal change management processes.
