Our company values - We Care, Stronger Together, and Learn and Grow - guide us to create a culture we can all be proud to be a part of. Regarding the high cost of living, this is not exclusive to Tek Experts but accurate of Lagos, the state where our Nigeria site is located. However, we have tried to reduce the impact of the high cost of living by providing highly subsidized transportation, HMO and monthly beverage supply. We will keep striving to achieve employee satisfaction in multiple ways. #WeAreTekExperts

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
