Good place to start and learn. Free trainings. Job can be chill at times. Massage chairs.

Svantaggi

Mediocre mindset. Stat padding to show customer for whom the company is outsourcing that we are doing something. Bad at recognising employee effort. It is easy to hit a ceiling if you wnat to be improving technically.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
