Tek Experts (Knowledge) has increasingly become restrictive, similar to a call center. Employees are not allowed to wear smartwatches in the office, and month by month, the job becomes more challenging with the removal of WiFi services from laptops and the prohibition of phone usage for authentication. This makes it nearly impossible to create tests or labs in the Microsoft subscription provided. Providing feedback can result in negative repercussions. The salary is not competitive, and the company does little to retain its best engineers. When promoted, employees receive a contract stating it is a lateral move, with no additional compensation even after a year, leading to extra work without any reward. It’s such a shame that this place has become a call center center where your rights as an employee don’t matter since you’re just a number more for their KPI’s!
